pinBox delegation visits South Africa for meetings with ASISA, NEDLAC and BATSETA at Cape Town and Pretoria
A delegation from pinBox including Parul Seth Khanna, Achint Ahluwalia and Gautam Bhardwaj was invited to South Africa by the Association for Savings and Investments of South Africa (ASISA) to share the pinBox model and our experience with digital micro-pension inclusion in Asia and Africa with key stakeholders. We were delighted work with ASISA to conduct a series of workshops at Cape Town and Pretoria for key government and pension sector stakeholders – including a workshop for ASISA’s Social Security Working Group, a half-day meeting with members of the National Economic Development and Labour Council (NEDLAC) hosted by the Department of Social Development, and a workshop for members of the BATSETA Council of Retirement Funds for SA.
